As Black Rock city is in the middle of the Nevada desert, so it is inevitable you will sooner or later will be surrounded in the sand storm. But there at the Man you are always covered in dust and sand, you pockets will be filled with dust. There will be no body part of yours that hadn’t been effected by sand. But as people go there on their free will, they eventually bow down to the sand as it is considered an essential part of the experience now.
4. Exchanging Gifts
All normal festivals have different stalls for people to buy food and other daily essential things if they want to live there. But not at the Burning Man, but how they manage the need for necessities you asked? well different people brought different things to the festival and they share it will each other or better they gift the extra stuff they have brought to the others and thus the cycle continues. But you have to pay for the ice, and also for the tea there.
5. Observatory for Nerds
At previous year’s festival a group of geeks came there and liked the nights of the Burning Man so much as the sky was way too much clear and they where able to see much constellations from naked eyes. But they didn’t stop there, they stayed there and they built a huge telescopes from which they were able to see Saturn, Jupiter and its moons very clearly. And for this year they have entered that as complete part of the Burning Man.
At the end on the last night, all the participants of the festival gather round and chose a lucky person, that will do the honors of burning the scared temple of the Man, which marks the end of that year’s Burning Man, people stay for the night and in the morning they pack their packs and leave all the weirdness behind.
